My name is Natalia, and as a passionate cake artist and baker, my heart is in every single thing I make and design. 

They say do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life, well that's half true. As a corporate girl gone baker, I work hard on making your experience at Just One More, one to remember. From bringing your vision to life to designing sweet treats that will make you look like a Rockstar! 

I’ve been baking since I was five and have my grandmother and mother to thank for both inspiring me and for putting up with the early days of me burning my first batches. Thankfully practice makes perfect and I’ve been blessed to have an established clientele who continues to trust me for their baking, custom and sweet gifting needs. 

From decadent chocolate bars to memorable custom cakes, and every single lunchbox cake in between, I love what I do and the joy it brings my customers.
