Terms and Conditions

Below are our general terms and conditions. For more information or details, see our contracts upon booking. 

Our general terms and conditions: 

• At the time of booking, client is required to pay a non-refundable deposit and sign the cake contract agreeing to the set terms. The deposit is paid to reserve your date and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. 
• Cake booking availability is based on a first come, first serve basis.  
• The final balance will be due two weeks before the event date. Although Just One More Desserts will send reminders, it is up to the client to send any payment(s) prior to the event date. If final payment is not received by 7 days prior to the event date, Just One More Desserts will not be held responsible for completing the requested service, and will keep 50% of the payments made, or the non-refundable deposit amount (whichever amount is greater).
• In the event of a cancelation. Client understands that Just One More Desserts can only accept a limited amount of cake orders per week and must turn down other clients in the case that the limit is met. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled event date, please contact us to discuss options. Communication is key, if you are up-front about any issues, Just One More Desserts will do its best to accommodate your needs.  Full details in our booking contract. 
• Online purchased are all final sale 
• Once product leaves our shop and is in the hands of selected postal service, the duration of time it takes to arrive to it's destination is determined by the postal service.  Just One More Desserts is not responsible for the postal service and their timing. Individuals are asked to track based on their tracking number provided. 
• Any items that arrive damaged or seals broken will be evaluated case by case, and a refund will be issued if it's deemed product arrived broken. 
• We try and accommodate any and all orders, but we reserve the right to not serve customers that are rude, unreasonable,  and use vulgar language. 
• We don't accept hate speech, bullying (in-person, online and/or social), unlawful behavior or spam. 
• When booking a custom cake or dessert, we notify all customers that we don't duplicate another bakers work, but inspiration images are welcomed to get an idea of what you're looking for. 
• We work to manage all customer expectations
• Each cake, dessert or even our online store treats are unique to our brand. Our copyright rules are in place such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• We reserve the right to disable user accounts that are problematic.
